Here are some examples of the jewelry I've made with my beads:
This is just a simple spiral made with chunky seed beads and pearls. The glass beads were strung on wire and attached to each end of the spiral. You know how serendipity contributes to design: when I made the spiral, I ran out of the pearls before the piece was long enough. By adding the beads on wire and the clasp, the whole piece ended up long enough for me to wear.
Employing the same design strategy, I connected one of my new Ancient Bead pods with some matching dangles and wheels on bronze wire. Using the clasp as a design element is cool, and it's so much easier to make one spiral than two!
This piece was made with one of my bead-through focal flowers, a couple of large bells, and some leaves made to coordinate with the jade beads. I wanted to make a piece that would be more wearable than the full floral neckpiece.
