The "branch" is heavy gauge sterling silver which bends to go around the neck and the piece rests beautifully, as if a garland of real bleeding heart was draped around your neck. The blossoms and leaves are glass, the beads are strung on and hang from sterling silver and the seed pods are Swarovski crystal. This piece will fit you if you usually choose a 16" or 18" necklace length. It is easily adjustible by hand, using gentle pressure to ease the curve on the right hand (single leaf) side.
